Scholarship Opportunities available for students with a demonstrated background and interest in the health sciences

Moscow School of Massage is committed to excellence in massage education and to the success of our students and graduates. Massage is an exciting and dynamic calling, and is a highly desirable career. Massage therapists enjoy true meaning and fulfillment in what they do, a flexible schedule, professional respect and wages, and a quiet, relaxing work atmosphere.

Our 800-hour, 9-month curriculum is well-designed, comprehensive, and rigorous. Our emphasis on anatomy and clinical massage techniques prepares our graduates for successful massage careers in a variety of settings.

Our curriculum exceeds minimum requirements for National Certification, and for licensure in Washington and Oregon states. In fact, we meet or exceed licensure requirements in all the states that require licensing except New York and Nebraska.

We enroll a maximum of 24 students per class, with two classes per year. Our relatively small size offers many advantages. Our students enjoy affordable tuition, individual attention and support from our dedicated staff and instructors, and a warm, personal school atmosphere. We are dedicated to creating and nurturing a positive learning environment that supports student success.

Our inspiring and seasoned teaching staff is committed to academic excellence and to the future success of each and every graduate. Jan Roberts, co-founder of the school, was chosen the American Massage Therapy Association National Teacher of the year in 2004.

We are located in Moscow, Idaho. This small city, rich in music and the arts, is a thriving community of 25,000 people located near both University of Idaho and Washington State University. Moscow is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and is a short drive from mountain trails, ski slopes and rushing rivers, well known to white water rafters.
