To meet the minimum requirements for entrance, applicants must:

  1. Submit documentation of at least a high school diploma or GED
  2. Be at least 18 years of age
  3. Complete all steps of the enrollment process
  4. Receive a professional massage from a nationally certified or state licensed massage therapist.

Application Process:

  1. Download and print the PDF version of our application.


  2. Complete the application form including your handwritten answers and mail to:

  3. Request letters of reference be mailed to the school.


  4. Request official transcripts be sent directly to the school.


  5. When we have received your completed application, both letters of reference, and official transcripts, a one-hour interview at the school is required. If you are outside of the area, this interview may be conducted by phone.


  6. Applications and interview notes are then reviewed by the school's co-directors. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection within 15 working days of the interview.
